TS Controls was founded by Thomas Shaw, who started his career as an AV installer - pulling cable, doing installs, and running service calls before ever writing a line of code. That hands-on foundation led to AMX programming, then expanded to Crestron, Biamp, and Q-SYS.
Programming written by someone who has been on the job site accounts for how systems are actually built and used - not just how they look on a drawing. We work primarily with AV integrators who need reliable programming and service support without adding headcount, and directly with end clients as needed. Either way, the goal is the same - a system that works the way the customer needs it to, backed by a partner you can call when something needs to get fixed.
